Rates and Reservations

Tariffs per cabin

Off Peak Rates per night

Off peak periods are all periods outside of long weekends, Easter, Melbourne Cup and the Christmas - New Year period.

Mountain View, 1 bedroom $250
Mountain View, 2 bedroom $350
Treehouse $250

Minimum 2 night stay both Midweek and Weekends. Single night stays may be available but will be subject to an additional $100 surcharge.

Peak Rates per night

Mountain View, 1 bedroom $300
Mountain View, 2 bedroom $400
Treehouse $300

All peak periods have a minimum of three nights except Easter and Melbourne Cup, which both have a four night minimum.

Weekly

Not beginning on a Saturday and not during peak periods.

Mountain View, 2 bedroom $1,650
Treehouse $1,400

Reservations Policy

To maintain a reservation, a booking fee will be required within two days of making the booking.

The requested booking fee is 50% of the total cost of the stay. The remaining balance is to be paid prior to arrival date.
This can be made with a cheque or credit card payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Card, all credit cards will incur a surchage.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee's will be returned if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before check-in date. A $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Return of booking fees (minus a $50 cancellation fee) on cancellations/postponements 14 days or less before check-in date, will be subject to the reservation being re-sold.

We regret late check-in, and early check-out, and no-show will trigger liability for the amount of your reservation.
